Technological Precision


We use the latest in computerized wire forming machines enabling us to manufacture complicated, close tolerance parts with detailed precision. We are capable of forming round wire from .003" diameter up to .625" diameter wire, with a maximum length of 300 Feet. Our precision equipment can also form flat wire up to 2.5 inches in width and .25 inch thickness with a maximum feed length of 15 inches. Due to the diversity of these parts, it is impractical to institute a standard design procedure. However, a blueprint or a sample is usually sufficient information to enable us to submit an estimate of costs.
